Sunset Chess in the Park

We take over the southwest corner of Dolores Park every Wednesday evening for casual chess until the light runs out. Bring a friend or just show up — we always match newcomers with a willing opponent.

There's no tournament structure. Some folks play blitz, others play long games and chat. Whatever you're into.

Boards, clocks, and a few sets of pieces are provided. If you have a favorite set, bring it.
